Hey, friend! I’m Jeanann!
I’m a life coach for moms, a recovering Do It All By Yourself mom, a chocolate lover, and a fellow mom in the trenches with you. I am married to my college sweetheart, and together we have 4 cute (and rambunctious) kiddos.
After my third baby, I felt really lost. I was doing everything for everyone else and rarely anything for myself. I wanted to genuinely feel happy again and love the person I saw in the mirror.
As rewarding as being a mom is, it can also be an exhausting and thankless job. Seeing other moms who seem to have it all together made me wonder why I couldn’t. I felt something was wrong with me because being a mom wasn’t as fulfilling as I thought it would be. Surely, this wasn’t what everyone kept telling me would be the most amazing time of my life.
I told my husband I needed to do something just for me—something that didn’t involve the kids, him, or maintaining our home. As I gained clarity in my purpose and vision for my life and the legacy I want to leave, I experienced conflicting emotions, especially guilt for wanting more than just being a devoted mom and wife.
Creating balance, fulfillment, and happiness in motherhood comes from being intentional. That’s why I became a life coach: to help other moms realize that just because you became a mom, doesn’t mean you have to give up your dreams and passions. I’m here to show you how to create a balanced life in our roles of mom, wife, and our own individual.
